In an inspiring display of athleticism and discipline, young athletes from Cardifians stole the spotlight at the 5th UT Yogasana Championship, held at SKISC Srinagar. The event, which brought together the best talent from across the Union Territory, saw a highly competitive atmosphere, with participants showcasing their skills in various yogasana categories.

Abrar Shafeeq stood out by winning the Silver Medal, impressing both judges and spectators with his graceful and precise movements, embodying the spirit of yoga in every pose. His performance was a reflection of years of dedication, practice, and determination. Meanwhile, Mohammad Mahib earned the Bronze Medal, marking another proud moment for the Cardifians team. Mahib’s execution of challenging asanas with balance and poise captivated the audience and secured his place on the winners’ podium.
