Tehsildar Tullamulla reviews arrangements for Mela Kheer Bhawani
Instructs Officers to ensure elaborated arrangements for Mela Khirbhawani
Ganderbal 23 April: On the directions of Deputy Commissioner Ganderbal Shymbir, Tehsildar Tullamulla Javaid Ahmad Zargar today chaired a meeting to review the arrangements for upcoming Mela Kheer Bhawani.
The meeting was attended by Naib Tehsildar Tullamulla, SHO Khirbhawani, Dsp Crpf, EO MC Ganderbal, AEE PDD, CEO Ganderbal, ZMO Tullamulla, TSO Lar, AEE R&B, PMGSY Ganderbal, Jk Bank tulmulla, members of Mata Kheer Bhawani Committee, chairman civil society Tullamulla, and officers from RDD, Tourism, Transport. Etc
Threadbare discussions were held on health facilities, parking of vehicles, security and sanitation, availability of essential commodities, power and water supply besides other allied arrangements.
The Tehsildar directed the concerned departments for making necessary arrangements for uninterrupted power and drinking water supplies, transport, security, ration, medical facilities, sanitation in and around the temple and other arrangements.
The Civil Society Tullamulla Chairman Manzoor Wani also spoke on the occasion and informed about the requirements for smooth conduct of Mela Mata Kheer Bhawani.
