*Dr. Sheikh Masood is a distinguished nursing professional with a comprehensive background in academia, clinical practice, and teaching. He earned his Bachelor’s degree in Nursing from Kashmir University and a Master’s in Community Health Nursing from SKIMS, Soura. His academic journey culminated in a Ph.D. from Desh Bhagat University, Punjab, with a dissertation on the effectiveness of fenugreek for managing type 2 diabetes.Dr. Sheikh’s career spans various roles, including:- Nursing Officer in Medical-Surgical Emergencies at SMHS Hospital- Nursing Officer cum Chemotherapist in Medical Oncology- Community Health Officer with the National Health Mission (NHM)He currently serves as a Tutor at the Government College of Nursing/ANM School in Budgam, contributing to nursing education, and is involved in admissions as the Nodal Officer. Dr. Sheikh is also a Jammu and Kashmir ASHA Evaluator and a Community Health Practitioner and Counselor.His expertise covers a wide range of subjects, including anatomy, physiology, pharmacology, community health, pediatrics, psychiatry, gynecology, and pathology. Dr. Sheikh’s commitment to healthcare and education makes him a vital contributor to the nursing profession and community health in his region.He has also worked as Tutor cum class coordinator in a prominent Universityy BGSBU Rajouri jkHe has also worked as Internee at KFMC Saudi arabiaHe is also donning the position as District Coordinator TNAI He is presently working as tutor cum Nodal Officer admission at Govt.
