
Jammu,18 November 2025: The High Court Staff Welfare Association today organized a heartfelt farewell function in honor of the esteemed outgoing officers — Worthy Registrar Judicial Sandeep Kour, Registrar Rules Khem Raj, and Central Project Coordinator (e-Courts) Fayaz Ahmad Qureshi — who have recently been transferred from the High Court of Jammu & Kashmir and Ladakh to the District Judiciary.
The event was graced by the presence of Worthy Registrar General M. K. Sharma, Registrar Vigilance Rajeev Gupta, and Director of J&K Judicial Academy, Naseer Ahmed Dar. Officials and staff from various wings of the registry, including Registrar Administration Jammu Wing Pankaj Sharma, Deputy Registrars, Joint Registrars, Assistant Registrars, Section Officers, and others, participated enthusiastically in the programme. The proceedings were effectively conducted by the Association’s General Secretary, Sayed Anwer Shaheen, with Vice President Sourabh Raina also present.

During the programme, staff members appreciated the outgoing judicial officers for their exemplary guidance, professionalism, and outstanding administrative skills demonstrated during their tenure. In their remarks, the outgoing officers expressed their heartfelt gratitude to the registry staff for their unwavering cooperation and support. They also extended their best wishes for the continued success and smooth functioning of the High Court.
