Shri BipinShanker Rao Ahire IPS Police Observer District Ganderbal chaired meeting at District Police Headquarters Ganderbal in connection with security review for forthcoming General Elections Legislative Assembly-2024 in order to ensure smooth conduct of the Electoral process. The meeting aimed to review robust security arrangements for the forthcoming GELA-2024.

During the meeting, special emphasis was put on the evaluation of security protocols, logistical arrangements and infrastructure at the Strong Rooms and fortifying security measures to safeguard against potential threats.

Furthermore, SSP Ganderbal Shri Wasim Qadri-JKPS present in the meeting provided a comprehensive overview regarding the security management and other arrangements to put in place and highlighted the law enforcement agencies preparedness and strategies for smooth conduct of the Elections.
