*Poor Internet Services Irk Jio Subscribers at Charar-i-Sharief, Adjacent Areas

Budgam, June 13, 2024: Jio subscribers from the Charar-i-Sharief area of Budgam in Central Kashmir have complained of poor 3G and 4G internet services, appealing to the authorities to address their grievances at the earliest.The subscribers reported that the 3G and 4G Jio internet services have been poor for the last five months, and the concerned officials have failed to resolve their issues.Residents of Charar-i-Sharief and its adjoining areas stated that they are facing immense problems due to the erratic internet services.Farhan, a local resident, mentioned that the poor internet connectivity in his area has taken a heavy toll on students and urged Jio authorities to address the issue as a priority.”Most tasks and work are done through the internet. But it is unfortunate that we are being pushed to the wall at this juncture,” he said.“We have informed the company’s executives about the erratic service many times, but nothing has been done in this regard,” another resident added.The subscribers appealed to the concerned officials to look into the matter as soon as possible so they can heave a sigh of relief.
