DLSA Ganderbal conducted Pre Lok-Adalat sitting in connection with upcoming National Lok-Adalat.Mr. Ritesh Kumar Dubey, Chairman District Legal Services Authority, Ganderbal, inaugurated Pre-Lok Adalat sitting in connection with upcoming National Lok-Adalat for amicable settlement/compromise of disputes/cases pending in the courts and at pre-litigation stage.Apart from the Chairman District Legal Services Authority, Ganderbal, Ms. Nusrat Ali Hakak, Secretary District Legal Services Authority, Ganderbal, Mr. Mohammad Waseem Mirza, Chairman Tehsil Legal Services Committee Ganderbal, Ms. Mehnaz Qadir, Additional Special Mobile Magistrate, Ganderbal, Ld. Advocates and other dignitaries were also present on the occasion.One Pre Lok-Adalat bench was constituted for the amicable settlement of cases, comprising of Mr. Ritesh Kumar Dubey, Chairman District Legal Services Authority, Ganderbal (Presiding Officer) and Ms. Nusrat Ali Hakak, Secretary District Legal Services Authority, Ganderbal, (Bench Member).The bench take-up 366 matters, out of which 314 cases are amicably settled/compromised and Rs 18,35,056/- realized at settlement amount.
